learning my lesson

It is inevitable that during a run one will feel like crap, but after you will feel AMAZING.Why do I keep doing this to myself? I just went for a run after nearly 2 months inactive, and I've barely run once a week in the last 6 my legs kinda hate me.  I ran total of 2 miles. 1 mile uphill and 1 miles downhill. Legs feel like jelly right now. I really do miss running though. My shoes are getting old and uncomfortable. It is time to upgrade...and I've been looking at these babies!

They aren't cheap, nike's always last the longest for me and are really comfortable....and I LOVE LOVE LOVE that I can customize these :) TOTALLY the first thing I'm going to buy when I get home!
